Health Test: I need lipo.

It's that time of year at work when employees have to take a health risk analysis.

Let's just say, last year I looked like I was going to die (on paper, at least.) But this year... I did, well...better.

Last year, my health related age was 30. This year, it was 28. I lost two years!! Woo hoo!

For the first time in a long time, my BMI is considered "normal"... though I hate that anyway. I mean, it's easy to by 5'0" and look obese on the record!

Anyway, I apparently still have high cholesterol and my triglyceride levels are also high. However, the numbers went down from last year. And I have high levels of good cholesterol, so the ratio is considered good. Oh, and I improved in practically every category from last year!

Here's what I don't like: With my height, a normal weight could be as low as 102 pounds. HUH?! Maybe I should try lipo... because that's the only way I'm going to get that small. What do you think?!

Michelle, if you starved yourself down to 102 pounds, you'd lose weight in the wrong places. You look great as-is. Don't be messing with perfection.

I agree! You do look great. What is BMI anyway? Mine would me Bulk mashed potatos and Ice cream.

BMI is Body Mass Index. Mine is at the top of the normal change... which is good news, but I wish it was more in the middle. I lost weight this year, and I've been working hard, but this year I need to work harder! But I do like the idea of bulk mashed potatoes and ice cream!

I know that is my BMI for sure. I eat pretty good but I too have high cholestrol. My cholestrol is higher than my hubbys and he has diabetes!

Hi! I often went Busan some years ago. I like Busan. Yes, health is important, I agree. But enjpying life is also important, I think. Umm, that balance is difficult for me... Take care!

Whatever floats your boat. Why don't we put the Federal Government on a BMI scale.

Holy crap, We could put the House and Senate on Biggest Losers. The team that cut the most bullshit out of the government budget could win.

But win what? I'll get back to you on that.
