Seasonal Depression: WINTER BLUES

(This was the best pic available from google. How terrible is this?!)
I have the winter blues.
I am so tired.
I feel so heavy.

I need sunlight.
Anyone with me?

Thankfully, my friend Alan suggested I get a coffee over at the Coffee Ethic. It perked me up a bit, but now I'm coming down...

More people care about you than you realize...

Help a little? :)

I've got the blues, my self. Maybe it's post-wedding exhaustion? How long can we blame stuff on our weddings?

Do I hear a nice little story in the works? I think it's called Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Maté is a good alternative to coffee since its caffeine works differently than coffee.

I think the weather is affecting everyone, too. If it's going to be as cold as it is right now, let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. I think that would provide a little "fun" and make the cold weather worth it. Of course, since I'm a teacher, I'm always up for a snow day or two. :D

It'll get better.

The winter downs aren't just when you get the comforters out of the closet. My signif., she gets the blues real bad when things get chilly and her fingers turn blue. Warm fires, friends, and some movies can take care of that. As long as you don't watch Into the Wild, Alive!, or that Martin Short and Tim Allen movie where Short plays Iceyfreezyman.

That picture looks like sadness in an 80s after school special.
