This is my personal blog! I like to write about my family, friends, and passions. No hidden agendas, though I'm a crazy advocate for adoption. I'm here to make friends and peace, and I hope you do the same when you leave a comment!

whoa...
Things just won't be the same without Jerry. I always looked forward to seeing him on the news, with his wry sense of humor and just plain smart-assed looks sometimes! The most unforgettable image of Jerry to me, though, is of him with that Hello Kitty guitar--priceless! Good luck to him--may the good Lord keep him safe.
Seems fitting he would like to be a field medic. I remember a very touching story he did from the Walter Reed Hospital about a solider that had lost his legs. I think use medics in peace time operations too like caring for victims of natural disasters, something else he has seen recently. He'll never forget the experience. Hold on for the "ride of your life" Jerry.
The soldier's name was Derick Hurt. Jerry and (I think Jerrod McCully--photographer) did a great job.
Sorry, but the last half of this post has beed edited (you don't see it here, but I wanted to put the part you do see...for Jerry)

Jerry is the real deal. I cannot imagine how he can be adequately replaced.
