It's not really CU's fault...something weird happened during the storm. Explain this--the dryer must be running to turn on the bedroom lights, however, you can't turn the dryer on unless the refrigerator is off.
I've reset the breakers. Not it.

Sounds like something's gone Kentucky. As in fried.
Sounds like time to grab an electrician. Perhaps a Ground Fault issue. Have the utility check the premise wiring from the line to the riser on your house as well.
